Returns Policy

- We accept returns within 14 days, starting from the day your order was delivered. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your goods, please note that unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

- To complete your return, please communicate your order number and the name of the item that you would like to return or exchange. If you are contacting us from a different email address than the one that the purchase was made from, you will have to confirm the email address used at the time of the check out;

- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, unless requested.

- Returned items must comply with our returns policy:

  • Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included
  • Footwear and accessories must be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, where provided, and placed inside a protective box when returned
  • Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments. We will not accept any returns that have been worn or are soiled. We cannot offer refunds on swimwear/underwear briefs/ one piece swimwear suits if the original packaging and/or hygiene seal has been removed.
  • Due to the nature of face masks, we will not be able to accept returns unless the item is damaged or faulty when delivered to you
  • Jewellery must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it. Please note that due to hygiene reasons the earrings and piercings are non returnable unless faulty.
  • Customised items cannot be returned as they have been created to your specification, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items as described above;
  • Made to order items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Any other items that specifically state in the product description that they are non-refundable

 

How to Return

- To return your product please email us to info@alfavega.com and we will follow-up with instructions.

- You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

- If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/ exchange.

 

Refunds Policy

- Once the item eligible for the refund is received, inspected and approved for the refund, then your refund will be processed.

- If the pre-generated label and pick-up from your address has been requested by you we will deduct the costs of such service from your refund amount.

- Credit will automatically be applied to your credit card which was used as the payment method within 3-5 working days. Please note that we cannot process the refund to any other method rather than the original one.

- Sale items can be refunded, unless they are ‘final sale’ (please see the product description for more information).

- Partial refunds or store credit may be granted in certain cases as per our discretion. Please contact customer service info@alfavega.com for more information.

- Non-refundable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Made to order items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
  • Any other items that specifically state in the product description that they are non-refundable

 

For Late and Missing Refunds

- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

- If you have followed all the steps above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us on our email address info@alfavega.com.

 

Exchanges

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

- If you need to exchange the size for the same item, send us an email to our contact email info@alfavega.com section in the footer and we will get back to you with instructions. 

- Please note that for such exchanges the shipping costs for the item to be returned/exchanged shall be covered by the customer.

 

Gifts

- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

- Once the returned item is received, a store credit voucher will be e-mailed to you.

- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
