We do provide FREE shipping for the items located in the same region where you shop from. Please carefully read the information below for the eligibility criteria.

• Free Shipping over any amount when you shop from brands in your shipping zone (UK).
• Please double check information under each product to make sure that you are shopping from your shipping zone.
• Please note that the items from the UK shipping region currently do not ship to the EU.

 

EU

• Free Shipping over any amount when you shop from brands in your shipping zone (EU).

USA

• Shipping costs are £20 (FREE over £300)
• The USA customers should shop from the Shop USA section in the main menu to be eligible for Free USA shipping. 
• Please double check information under each product to make sure that you are shopping from your shipping zone.
• Please note that if you’re shopping from the brands located outside the USA you may also be liable for additional fees for duties and taxes as most of our products are dispatched from the UK or EU.

 

Rest of the World

• Shipping costs are £20 (FREE over £300)
• If you are shopping from outside the EU/UK, you may also be liable for additional fees for duties and taxes as most of our products are dispatched from the UK or EU. Please check your local import regulations for more information.

 

DELIVERY TIMES

 

- The precise shipping times are indicated under each product.

- For most items please allow 1-2 days for dispatch and 2-7 days for shipping or longer.

- Made-To-Order (this should be indicated) items can take longer for dispatch.

- For multiple items ordered products may arrive separately.

 

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Due to the COVID-19 restrictions and new regulations that now apply after the UK left the EU, there might be a few delays in shipping between the UK and EU regions (our products come from both regions). To avoid delays, please select your appropriate region as UK or EU in the main navigation. 

Please also note that during the busy periods (for ex. Holidays or sales periods) there might be some additional delays.
